Thailand - Phuket - Day 2

We got up late today at almost 10am. Quickly got ready and went downstairs for breakfast. We all had freshly made omlettes and juice. After having breakfast we went on a walk to explore the place. It was already getting hot and we could not walk very long before getting into a mall for some air conditioning. 

We bought some fruits and drinks from the mall and then headed back to the hotel. On our way back we went to a site seeing booth and booked our tickets for Fantasea. It cost us 2000 Baht per head which included the taxi transfer, food and the tickets for the show. 

After that we all went for a massage. 1 hour massage for all 4 of us cost us 1600 Baht ( approximately £36). I guess everyone needed that massage to relax and feel good. We came back to the hotel and went to the swimming pool for a quick swim. 

We then got ready and got into the cab to take us to Fantasea. We were there around 6pm and the show was due to start at 9pm. We had our food and then walked about the place and then had to wait for a while for the show to start. The food was good and there were a lot of options. We were absolutely stuffed when we got up from the table. 

The show started at 9PM and it was good but to be honest the show did not seem as exciting as it was the last time we remembered. Phone were not allowed inside the show. We had give them away and then collect them at the end of the show. The show was over at about 10PM. It felt very short and not as exhilarating. Anyhow we took the van back to the hotel. 

It had started raining and it was a big downpour. It only subsided once we were driving back. We had to walk a bit to the hotel. The front of the hotel was flooded and our shoes got completely soaked. I was disgusted, not sure why these things are happening to us at the moment. 

We winded down in the room and went to sleep as we had booked the James Bond Island trip for tomorrow.
