Greece - Kefalonia - Argostoli - Day 7

 Woke up to a bright and sunny day. Niki and I got fresh and went out for a walk around the resort. Deepika and Nimi joined us and we all went to have our breakfast. 

After breakfast we sat down near the pool, to plan out the day. It was getting hot and at about 11am we left for Argostoli. Apparently the markets close down after 2pm and the 2 times we have been there has been in the afternoon. 

It was only a 15min drive into the city center. On the way we filled up the car. It was diesel to our surprise and we had used just €21 wort of fuel in the last 7 days. On reaching the city center we walked in the inner roads. All the shops were open and it was busy actually. 

We walked along the bridge and clicked a few snaps. We came back from there to have our portion of waffles. 

After having waffles, the girls did their shopping and bought a few souvenirs. We then headed back to our hotel. We quickly changed and headed back to the beach - Ai Helis. 

It was a lovely sunny afternoon. This time we were well prepared. We had our towels and snacks. We found a spot on the empty beach and aid down. The kids played in the sand. We spent about 2 hours and then we walked back to our hotel. 

We all had our shower and then we cooked chicken curry and rice for dinner. The kids watched a couple of episodes of Friends before going to bed.
