Portugal - Albufeira - Day 7
We woke up early today. We were excited to complete the first leg of our journey in Lisbon and start our second leg in Albufeira.
We packed up all our stuff and then went down to have breakfast. After finishing breakfast we checked out of the hotel and set course for Albufeira.
The drive was about 2 and a half hours. We reached the resort, Grande Real Santa Eulalia in Albufeira. It was luxurious. The kids were very excited to see so many swimming pools in the resort.
They could not wait to jump into one.
We had to sort something for lunch. We had chosen a self catering apartment at the resort. As the kids were hungry and we wanted to eat something far we decided to make some Maggi. We all enjoyed the lunch.
Then the kids went to the pool and we took some rest. Later in the evening we went to the local supermarket to do the grocery shopping for the week. We got Everton be we needed for the meals for the week long stay at the resort.
It was getting late so as soon as we reached back in the hotel we stayed cooking. It was chicken curry and rice on the menu today.
We all ate too out hearts content 😂. After that the kids watched a movie on the laptop and we watched Netflix before dozing off.
