Portugal - Lisbon - Arrabida - Day 4

Another bright sunny day. Woke up at the usual time and finished up some business work. After that we all went down for breakfast. Nimi told the waiter our Room Number 607 and then we took a table. 

We had breakfast at the hotel. The menu did not change much. After that we decided to go on a road trip to Serra da Arrábida. It was about 40kms from Lisbon and was supposed to be a very nice national park. We reached there but, it did not live up to its reputation. 

We then adjusted our destination to go to the Arrabida beach. The drive was a further 20 mins. The beach was nice and very clean. But the problem was to find a parking. We eventually found a parking but it was about 1.5km away from the beach location. So we just got down took a few pictures and then decided to return back to the people. 

 

We drove back to the hotel and then stepped out to grab some lunch. There was an Italian restaurant round the corner from our hotel and we had pizza and spaghetti from there. 

We then went back to the hotel. The kids wanted to go to the swimming pool at the roof. So I took them upstairs while Deepika took a quick nap. I also dipped into the pool for the first time today. It was very small! 

In the evening we ordered food from the Indian restaurant and also got some kebabs. We just laid in today evening. The girls watched a movie on the laptop and we caught up on some work before going to bed.
